Shipping Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how MACH.INK / TATOO ships tattoo equipment orders.
Shipping method
Orders are shipped by air freight.
Air-shipping charges
Shipping is calculated per order using the total packaged size and combined shipping weight. The final charge is shown at checkout:
- Small package — USD $15: tattoo inks, cartridge needles, transfer paper, grip wrap, and stencil transfer gel.
- Medium package — USD $22: tattoo machines, power supplies, and medium-size mixed orders.
- Large package — USD $30: stencil printers, complete tattoo kits, and larger mixed orders.
Adding multiple items can move an order into the next package tier. Checkout displays one final air-shipping rate for the combined order rather than adding separate rates for each product type.
If you would like to confirm the shipping charge before ordering, contact us with the product names and quantities you plan to purchase.
Delivery estimates
Air-freight delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier capacity, package size, security screening, and other transportation conditions. Contact us before placing an order if you need a current delivery estimate for your address.
Shipping address
Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, and email address before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. An address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has been dispatched.
Taxes, duties, and import charges
Where applicable, taxes, customs duties, or other import-related charges that are not collected at checkout may be the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or missing shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the package, shipping label, and affected item so we can review the issue.
